[제이정’s 이슈 영어 회화] Upsetting Moments2 (화나는 순간 - 프린터)

Bill: The new printer in our office is not working.
David: What? Seriously? It's our third printer this year.
Bill: I know. What are we gonna do? We need to print out some pictures for clients.
David: Call the store right now and tell them to replace it with a new one immediately.


Bill: 사무실에 새로 산 프린터가 작동이 안돼요.
David: 뭐? 진짜? 올해 세 번째 프린터야.
Bill: 그러게요. 어쩌죠? 고객들을 위한 사진 몇 장 출력해야 하는데요.
David: 가게에 바로 전화해서 당장 새 거 가지고 와서 바꿔가라고 말해.

'Replace A with B' 는 'A를 B로 바꾸다'라는 의미로써 평상 시 자주 사용되는 표현입니다.
ex) We have to replace the lock with a new one. (자물쇠 새 걸로 바꿔야 해요.)
They replaced David with Tom. (Tom 이 David 을 대신한대요.)
